Schyler Graduated....

Yea, Schyler Ann graduated from Palmetto High School on Wed May 27th. Britteny Judah, who has gone on the last couple of Cracker Trail rides, was also in her graduating class.
Schyler will be attending State College of Florida (formally known as Manatee Community College) for a year or so before transferring. She is going to pursue a degree in Journalism. Who knows, maybe she will be writing articles about the Cracker Trail in magazines one day.

Kahn Mattress Surf Tradition Continues

Above are a few photos from the 2nd Annual Kahn Ranch late night adult mattress surfing event. Our thanks again to James Barfield for providing the mattress, apparently his own. Kevin Webb kept tradition alive by once again going first. Sorry about your pains the next morning, Kevin. We had a lot of new riders this year, including Beverly Smith and Kathy Baker! It is always great to see the birth of a tradition and to see it carried on in following years. Obviously repeating at Ashton Ranch the next night for the kids is something we are going to want to keep. Our thanks to Jen and Jeremy for providing the truck this year.
